1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of car hire services provided by Pristine Circuit, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By booking a vehicle or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Pristine Circuit ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Definitions

• "Vehicle" means any motor vehicle rented from Pristine Circuit
• "Rental Agreement" means the contract for vehicle rental
• "Rental Period" means the period from vehicle collection to return
• "Authorized Driver" means a person approved to drive the rented vehicle
• "Services" means all car hire and related services provided by us

3. Eligibility and Requirements

3.1 Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury/specialty vehicles)
• Hold a valid UK or international driving license for at least 2 years
• Provide valid photo identification (passport or driver's license)
• Present a valid credit card in your name
• Meet our insurance and credit requirements

3.2 Prohibited Users

We may refuse service to individuals who:

• Have been convicted of serious traffic offenses
• Are currently disqualified from driving
• Have outstanding debts with Pristine Circuit
• Provide false or misleading information

4. Booking and Reservation

4.1 Reservation Process

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website
• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher specification
• Booking confirmation will be provided via email

4.2 Payment and Security Deposit

• Full payment is required at the time of vehicle collection
• A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards
• Debit cards may be accepted for the rental but not the security deposit

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup: No charge
• Cancellations 4-24 hours before pickup: 25% of rental fee
• Cancellations less than 4 hours before pickup: 50% of rental fee
• No-shows: 100% of rental fee

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

5.1 Permitted Use

• Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only
• Driving is permitted within the United Kingdom
• International travel requires prior written approval
• Commercial use is prohibited unless specifically agreed

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Allowing unauthorized persons to drive
• Using the vehicle for racing, rallying, or competitions
• Transporting illegal goods or substances
• Smoking in the vehicle
• Transporting pets without prior approval
• Off-road driving (unless specifically permitted)

5.3 Vehicle Care

• Maintain proper fluid levels and tire pressure
• Use appropriate fuel type as specified
• Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
• Keep the vehicle locked when unattended

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Included Insurance

All rentals include:

• Third-party liability insurance
• Comprehensive vehicle insurance (subject to excess)
• Theft protection (subject to excess)
• 24/7 roadside assistance

6.2 Excess and Deductibles

• Standard excess applies to all damage claims
• Excess waiver options are available for additional cost
• Certain damages may not be covered by insurance
• Customer is responsible for all costs up to the excess amount

6.3 Customer Liability

You are liable for:

• All damage not covered by insurance
• Traffic fines and parking tickets
• Loss of keys or remote controls
• Interior damage or excessive cleaning costs
• Damage resulting from prohibited use

7. Accidents and Breakdowns

7.1 Accident Procedures

In case of an accident, you must:

• Ensure safety and call emergency services if needed
• Contact Pristine Circuit immediately on (0513) 717 9729
• Obtain police report if required
• Collect insurance and contact details from other parties
• Take photographs of the damage and scene
• Not admit fault or liability

7.2 Breakdown Assistance

• 24/7 roadside assistance is provided
• Contact our emergency line for breakdown support
• Replacement vehicle will be provided if repair cannot be completed promptly
• Do not authorize repairs without our approval

8. Vehicle Return and Inspection

8.1 Return Requirements

• Return vehicle at agreed location and time
• Vehicle must be returned with same fuel level
• All personal belongings must be removed
• Keys and all accessories must be returned

8.2 Late Returns

• Grace period of 30 minutes is provided
• Late fees apply after the grace period
• Full day rate charged for returns over 2 hours late
• Contact us immediately if late return is expected

8.3 Post-Rental Inspection

• Vehicle will be inspected upon return
• Any new damage will be documented
• Customer will be notified of any additional charges
• Security deposit will be released after inspection

9. Pricing and Additional Charges

9.1 Rental Rates

• Rates are quoted in British Pounds Sterling
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Rates may vary based on season and demand
• Special offers are subject to terms and availability

9.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra drivers, GPS systems, and child seats
• One-way rentals and extended delivery
• Fuel charges if returned with insufficient fuel
• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or odors
• Administrative fees for traffic violations

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our collection, use, and protection of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Limitations

Our liability is limited as follows:

11.2 Customer Responsibilities

• You assume responsibility for the vehicle during rental
• You are liable for violations of these Terms
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your use

• We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days
